Prices shown in PriceBite are sourced from retailer websites and may not reflect in-store prices at the time of purchase. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price data. Always verify the final price at the store.

3. NO PURCHASE OR RESERVATION

PriceBite does not process payments, hold inventory, or reserve products on your behalf. The app is an informational tool only.

4. USER CONTENT

Shopping lists and price alerts are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the content you add to the app.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use PriceBite to scrape, misuse, or reproduce retailer data in a way that violates those retailers' terms of service.

6. AVAILABILITY

PriceBite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update, restrict, or discontinue the service at any time. Nothing in these Terms limits any right the law gives you, including the legal warranty under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
